How will my order be delivered, how much freight will I have to pay and how long will my order take to arrive?

We send orders all over Australia using mainly Startrack Express couriers. Depending on where you are located we may use Australia Post.

Freight cost is calculated by the weight and volume of each individual order, and the delivery location.

We despatch across Australia and internationally weekly. For New South Wales, South East Queensland and Victoria you would generally expect to receive orders within 3 days after shipping. For South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Queensland and Northern Territory you would expect to receive orders within approximately 7 business days after shipping.  

For international customers, we generally send orders by air freight, and each order would be calculated again by volume, weight and delivery location. We can also ship by sea.
